Hi, searching gor rachel james bapt, she may have come from rockfield, monmouth, which is about 2 miles from whitchurch, bap to a daniel james and ann ??,1794 bapt , any one find a marriage of daniel and ann ( or anne )please ???

Have you discounted this one from FamilySearch?

Name John James
Spouse's Name Martha Godsall
Event Date 09 May 1834
Event Place Ballingham, Hereford, England

Ballingham is about 9 miles from Whitchurch.

If I have the right entry in the 1841 census Martha was born c1811 and John c1796. They seem to have an eldest child (James) aged 4 which would fit the marriage date.

Further to rachels family,
also trying to find a marriage of john james b whitchurch abt 1797 to a martha ??? B abt 1804 herefordshire as per 1841 census whitchurch,
Plus a margaret james b abt 1810 who married stephen charles b abt 1807 grosmont m 1834 at whitchurch, researching who her parents were and any siblings,

Any assistance appreciated, i have searched every where,

Rachael married James Jarrat in 1822 on 14 July at Whitchurch, Herefordshire.

James and Rachal are on the 1841,1851,1861, 1871 census together with children.

Marriage is on FOD under James' name.

Some details on Family Search and BMD.

Jarrat is often shown as Jarrett on the above records

Trying to trace parents and siblings of rachael james, b 1796 whitchurch, herefordshire, m in whitchurch, d 1875 whitchurch. This site doesn't appear to show a baptism on any record, anybody help please ??.
