I'm trying to find any information about Lucy Beach.Lucy was born on February 9th 1871 at Whitecliff, the daughter of Joseph Beach and Eliza Morgan.
It's a tragic story really , Joseph commited suicide on the 10th February, while Eliza was still in her 'childbed'.It must have been extremely hard for Eliza , but what a legacy for Lucy--to be born at such a time .
I've found most of their children , but I'm especially interested in Lucy,what became of her?
In 1881 census Eliza has remarried to my 2xgreatgrandfather Henry Robins , they are at Lords hill , Coleford .Henry's son Henry Jnr is living there as well as Ada and Lucy , Eliza's 2 daughters.
I know what happened to Ada , she married Henry Robins Jnr and became my greatgrandmother, but after this date , I can't find anything about Lucy .Her sister came down to Merthyr Tydfil , but there is no sign of Lucy.
Please does anyone know of this family , hopefully she stayed in the Forest area! I hope this posting makes sense .
