Richard WATKINS 1810 - Mary JAMES 1814 Upton Bishop (General)
and I believe their marriage in Upton Bishop 1841, I am unable to find them in between these times on the census.
I had the impression you did not have the 1841 census data for this couple and Richards parents in Monmouth
