Mary Protheroe 1791 Abenhall married Philip Edwards Monmouth (General)
Also, I've just done a search for EDWARDS baptisms in Mitcheldean around 1812-15 and have found a record for William, son of Philip and Mary EDWARDS baptised June 26th,1814. On here his father's occupation is hoop maker which ties into Philip's occupation in the later census.
