I'm pretty sure that by now you know these Vaughans are in Ruardean . I'm desperately trying to find the parents of John Vaughan , born 1660 and buried 1738 in Ruardean , and his brother , I think , Richard , born 1667,married to Elizabeth and buried in Ruardean in Dec 19 ,1730 . This would be the actual connection between the Ruardean Vaughans and those of Courtfield . There are many articles that talk about many manors owned by the Vaughan family in the Forest fo Dean area . But what is the people connection ?
