Following help from the forum I can confirm... LIONEL WATKINS died from
BROCHO PNEUMONA following a double rupture sustained on the 19/03/1931 at ARTHUR EDWARDS COLLIERY, LYDBROOK,GLOS. And died in Gloucestershire Royal Infarmary on the 20th May 1931
