Please can you help to interprete the information on this record?

1. Please can you tell me what "Forest of Dean Bible Christian" means in the space for Parish_Chapel?

2. If the candidate was an adult, would the transcript still ask for 'name of child'?

3. Jesse was Baptised at Preacher's House. Could this be an indication that he was an adult?

4. Is it right that he could not have been married if he had not been Baptised?
