This is definitely the mother of Edmond NELMS - M - 4 - 1837 Gloucestershire.....

Susan Nelius 1801 Almondsbury, Gloucestershire, England Almondsbury, Gloucestershire F S [ female servant]

Susan NELMS and Hannah WOODMAN were sisters .... maiden surname was POWER

Which explains why the wee laddie was with them in 1841 census ......

Just as a point of interest - I also descend from ancient Forest of Dean families
