Slowhands, thank you for your help in this matter, yes you had located Julia Hewlett marrying William Henry Vaughan.

It was Julia's movements in America that I have been unable to trace. I have used the Ancestry Professional and managed to identify Julia's daughter as marrying Berlington Frazier in Baden Beaver County USA I also know that William Henry Vaughan returned to England. I just cannot find anything for Julia. I wonder if she re-married she could be out there under another name? I will keep looking.

I will check out the Male Hewlett born before Julia and William were married?
