<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I ran a search for Decima Short, aged 59, on the 1861 Census Name Index &amp; it showed her &amp; the rest of the family as living at 'Chemical Works'. Sorry I dont have any more info, I hope this is of some help.</p>
