My Gt,grandfather was James Lander born 1861 in Painswick.His parents names
on his birth certificate are Edwin and Mary[Young].However the 1881 census
has an Edwin Lander as Head of the household with Amy as the wife!
Is this the same Edwin and if so what happened to his fist wife Mary?
James married and moved to Wales [Abertillery].What became of James parents?
Can anyone help?
