Thanks Mike,

I received some correspondence from a distant relative explaining that Sarah was placed in the monmouth workhouse because she was having regular epileptic fits, and that she actually had a sister Elsie born 1906,and that their mother Emma actually married again in the March of 1911 to James Reece, the 1911 census have the couple living with Elsie davis as the daughter.
That's why I love this website because I actually Have a photo of James's father and brother with a relative of mine a jarrett all in their army uniform of the 1st world war,

Monmouth workhouse, prior thread & recommended site (reply)

This prior thread should hopefully help.
http://www.forest-of-dean.net/fodmembers/index.php?mode=thread&id=45502

One of that thread's search engine hits says "After 1930, the former workhouse was renamed the Ty'Bryn Public Assistance Institution, then from 1940s became Monmouth County Infirmary."
