<title>Cinderford  LEIGHTON -    St Johns Church (reply)</title>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, my first day using this facility, and another part of the jigsaw fitted together.  As you can see from the details of Samuel's marriage above he was a widower when he married.  I knew that he had been married previously to an Elizabeth Williams, but could find no proof that the two wives were sisters.<br />
Just a few minutes looking around here, and I found his other marriage, showing Elizabeth and Margaret's father was one and the same. I can see me coming in here on a regular basis.  <br />
What I really would like to locate is the baptism of James Layton (Leyton, Leighton, Layghton, Laiten) born in Pauntley in 1823, so I can figure out which Thomas was his father.</p>
