I am searching for Charles Henry Irving born in Longhope, Gloucestershire in 1852/3. I cannot trace his birth certificate at the FRC or any details of him on the IGI.

I do have a copy of his marriage certificate in 1888 in London, which lists his father, John Irving as a "Gentleman". Any help gratefully received.
