The 1841 Census gives a Thomas Edwards and family living at Lea Bailey.
His wife is Hannah (possibly Hannah Matthews who married a Thomas Edwards at English Bicknor 16/8/1813 both with parents consent).He has children Eliza 20, Hannah 13, Samuel 9 (could be named after grandfather), Lydia 5 and Sophia 1.
I have managed to find likely births in the transcripts for Hannah, Samuel and Lydia who may have married William Gurney 6/6/1858.
I am hoping this might be my Thomas. Can anyone check for them in later censuses?

Thomas EdwardsI am searching for Thomas Edwards. His parents, Samuel and Johanna, lived at Harthill Court and are buried in Hewelsfield churchyard. In his will of 1806 Samuel mentions his three children. Nancy bz. 9/6/1799 at Woolaston, Elizabeth bz. 12/3/1802.
The only likely baptism in the transcripts is in Hewelsfield but to a Thomas and Anne. The 1851 census has a Thomas aged 50 born in Corse. In his will his father speaks of a house he is selling in Corse. Can someone possibly check if this was him?
