The piece I'm looking for the details of wasn't an encroachment and the purchase was probably between 1851 and 1855.

But I can't find any earlier ones. I thought an earlier volume of the same document would be what I need but can't find that either. I'm going around in circles. Anyone able to straighten me out?

If it helps, the person who bought the land was Henry Tyler though, on the documents I already have, he is shown as Henry Taylor.
