Lloyd George Survey of Land Values Gloucestershire (Finance (1909-10) Act 1910, Duties of Land Values has a map showing the farm and its extent.

It is in the middle on the right hand side - look for the red text 455 which is the Hereditment number.

Sgt. Morris was in charge of a number of Police who had set a trap to catch some poachers at Aram's Farm - belonging to Russell James KERR - Magistrate - Lord of the Manors of Newnham etc. etc.'

James JAMES alias SHEEPSKIN (who escaped)

Later that day, when Sergeant MORRIS was looking of 'Sheepskin' and whilst plain clothed - the incident happened which cost him his life....

Frederick BUTTON married Martha HAMBLETON - Frome District A/M/J Qtr 1875

Have come across ARAMS FARM which is just south of Newnham. I believe the farm is very old and was occupied in 1911 by the Rudge family.
Any details concerning its history an owners or tenants would be appreciated
