so basically get a copy of his birth certificate and cross my fingers?

there are some close matches through dna of 2nd or 3rd cousins but people either don't respond or they don't know their history

with families in the area being so big in those days and philandering being a thing as divorce was frowned upon it's really hard getting information

I know its a long shot
the children's names would have been Wendy Williams and Alec Williams

the gentleman Eileen married in Brighton, Frederick walker, was not their father but adopted them after he married their mother

I'm looking for anyone that might have information on my grandmother Eileen Mary Williams, her father was arthur williams (a collier) and mother was elizabeth cecil, born and baptised in Coleford in 1914. She had a son (my father) and daughter out of wedlock, possibly different partners, and I am trying to piece together family history so if anyone has any information please contact me.
