If you drive down from Berry Hill, across the main Monmouth Rd, through Scowles , you will notice High Meadow Farm on your left, and then at the sharp junction ( left to Newland ) take the right to Redbrook, Cherry Orchard Farm is on your right . You now enter Upper Redbrook , before dropping down to the Wye at Redbrook. following the old rail line for a while.

On the 1851 he is down as been born at west Dean and living at Newland.

On his marriage certificate the name of his Father says Willian Harris.
