I think this is an old tree which was posted a number of years ago when the owner was in Cyprus. He has been on this site saying that it needs updating and although the account is still current he cannot access it.

There are a number of trees on Ancestry showing William Beddis and Margaret Brain, and one which shows William Beddis and Margaret Brain/Williams. I believe the latter is a registered user of this site.

Gloucestershire Records Office - seem to hold an Overseers Reports on Margaret BEDDIS (singlewoman) of Awre dated - 1773 - Ref: P228 OV 3/3/1/9.

? Perhaps it's to do with the baptism at Newnham - 21 May 1773 of Michael BEDDIS, mother's name: Margaret
