Thomas KING born about 1829 in Cinderford (General)
I suspect your challenge lies in the "non conformist" roots, most of the records here / available come form the traditional Parish churches.
Burley Kings Row - I have looked at this address/entry before, and not reached a conclusion; my feeling is that this is Bailey Kings Row in the Bilson Green part of Cinderford ( later recorded as part of Flaxley). However Barley Corn Row does have some merit given Barley Corn Square has survived today in modern Cinerford.
