Thanks for all the help sp far. I have been trying to trace the William Light and his son John from the 1871 census. This is what I have found so far.

1861 census - Chepstow, Shire-Newton
William Light, aged 40, head and widower, labourer
Anne Light, aged 14, daughter
John Light, aged 12, son

1851 census - 98 Chapel Hill, Chepstow
Robert Light, aged 29, head, labourer
Amelia Light, aged 32, wife
Harriett James, aged 3, niece

1851 census - 101 Chapel Hill Chepstow
Samuel Light, 59, head, labourer
Hannah Light, 57, wife
Eliza Light, 26, daughter
William Light, 24, son
Louisa Light, 18, daughter

1851 census - Chepstow
Anne Light, 5
John Light, 3
They're living with their grandparents but the grandparents are on the previous page and the search engine I was using wouldn't let me switch to the previous page.

If you can help sort out this confusion as to who all these Lights are I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks again.
