1861 census for St Briavels and surrounding Parishes (General)
I'm sure its just as simple as Enumeration Districts 1 - 6 did not align to St Briavels Parish :-)
Enumeration Districts 10 and 11 align to Tidenham Parish
Ayleburton is District 2
Alvington is District 1
etc.
