I am afraid I don't know the parents of Thomas Bayliss. I do have Thomas Bayliss in my Family Tree as his daughter Harriett married a 4th cousin of mine James Roberts bap 22 Oct 1826, they married 9 Oct 1852 at Drybrook and had one child that I know of Frances bapt. 27 Mar 1853.

Thomas Bayliss married Mary Baynham 25 Dec 1832.

Thomas Bayliss & Mary's son Thomas 1836 married Mary Elizabeth Griffiths and they emigrated to USA 1866. They had 5 children including Emily Jane Bayliss 1862 who married John Carter in USA. Another researcher Nancy Roberts posted an obituary for this Emily :
