Well the only possible mis-fit is the marriage record below, or rather the brides surname and HUGHES would be a possible for a transcription error. Not sure wheer Elizabeth MILLS comes into this unless the first Elizabeth dies and he re-marries Elizabeth MILLS between 1861 and 1871 ( when the Stroud birth place appears) ??
