I have great memories of the old Youth Club in Lord's Hill and of Gilbert. I had the pleasure of being his assistant for a couple of years in the mid-60s - Tuesday and Friday evenings and Saturday mornings. Alway a busy place with lots going on and a great atmosphere thanks to his ability to relate to young people.
