There are two other Charlotte Smith's registered in the Forest during that time period. I haven't noted anything but their births, so they could also be accounted for elsewhere, but here are the possibilities:

Record # 29797, 1816, Charlotte, daughter of James & Elizabeth, living in the Forest, father is a pig dealer; baptised at Flaxley.

Record # 85316, 1818, Charlotte, daughter of James & Charlotte, father is a carpenter, living at Tibberton, baptised at Tibberton.

A couple of possibilities anyway . . .
