I suspect that the "name" is no more or less than a method at that time ( when the Will was drawn up)of identifying a dwelling or parcel of land i.e. Sterry Cottage, Virgo Cottage, Watkins Row, Jones Paddock

It may be that you need the old Tithe maps to locate the property / ownership ..
