You are among others with Forest of Dean roots, my second cousin is a New Zealander and has been involved in the direct work being done post-Christchurch earthquake (he usually lives in the North Island). I bet none of our ancestors would ever have thought that you would all be settled thousands of miles away let alone experience the earthquakes there!
