I was hoping that somebody may have a photo of Incline Farm, Redbrook please, I visited there as a young child, I do believe that the barn was converted some years ago but don't know if the cottage is still standing.

I can see Incline farm from my window.

You wouldn't recagnise it now - very overgrown and I think empty and perhaps abandoned

I haven't been up there for some time.

I can take some pics and send to you if you would like.

Hope we're talking about the same cottage, it was called the Incline it was a white cottage up on a Hill, owned by the Morgan family c1953-c1970, there was a well near the door it was a small holding, I was mistaken to call it incline farm,from what I remember you went up a track road to get to it, would like a picture if possible please

Yes that's the one.

I remember the Morgans there. Depending on when you came to visit it my wife and I may well have been living in the top floor flat of Redbrook House which was owned by my wifes parents then. If you came down from Incline Farm over Incline Bridge then followed your nose on down what we called the back lane we were the second house down on the right. We lived there from 1965 until about 1982 when we moved further up to where we live now.

PS. By the way I only discovered this site this morning, not sure why because I have been heavily into local history for many years but more on Mining and Industrial than family research. I just stumbled on it while looking for something else and saw your post so was glad to help. I have also done the same for 'Sparrow' who also posted recently. We now live on the site of the 'Upper Furnace' so I suppose it worked out quite well.

I'm feeling my way arround this site at the moment so it might help if you can say how I get the pics to you?
