Does anyone have any information about the origin and significance of the photo and the people in it?

The 'Frank A Davis' of Drybrook might be my Grandfather who was born and grew up in Drybrook, and later became a teacher there before moving to London. His full name was Frank Austin Davis. Many thanks, Mary
