Unfortunately Courtney Frowen's name does not appear to be on that list, despite his aforementioned letter being mentioned on the same website ?

I was wondering if this is because it's been confirmed that he was indeed serving under an alias, a possibility we've discussed ? Is it possible that since this thread started your subsequent researches has produced more information about "Courtney" which would allow this thread to be updated, if so I hope you can help ?
