The IGI suggests that Mary is MAry COX, and Isaac may be Isacc KEAR BILLY

Hello again.

In 1841 Martha BILLEY/BILLY married George Morris MORSE.

I've been looking through the records on this site and came across the name BILLY and BILLEY. According to the transcript details of their marriage her father was an Isaac BILLEY but she signed her name BILLY.

Has anyone heard of this last name?. I've found several baptism records for BILLY/BILLEY with father Isaac, around 1800, Breems Cross, but no Martha (who was supposed to have been born in/from St. Briavels, born abt.1816). Also a Issac BELLY in 1796.

Does anyone have connections with/information on this family?.
