A longshot I know, but I see you've mentioned a few Byetts in the Bilson area around 1900. Searching this forum I also find this prior thread stating that the landlord of the Dog Inn Bilson Green between 1910-1912 was an Ernest Byett

Only a few weeks ago I was chatting with a friend about our 70s childhood in the area, and Bobby Byett's little shop in the High Street came up, where we all bought our pet food, goldfish, etc etc. Without wishing to be too big a pain does anyone happen to know if Bobby is a descendant of the Bilson Byetts, I presume he lived locally. No particular reason for asking, just curious...

PS Just seen a photo of Bilson School Class 1947, with a young Bob aged about 10, so presumably he was a local lad born abt 1937.
