Could you please let me know when the programme is likely to air on New Zealand TV. I live near Christchurch now but I was born in The Forest of Dean and am always interested in anything to do with the F of D.

I have quite a large number of Roberts ancestors from Ruardean and surrounding areas. My tree is on Ancestry.

I am the producer of a popular New Zealand Television series, DNA Detectives, where we trace the ancestry of famous New Zealanders using DNA. One of our subjects this series can trace her ancestry to Ruardean as part of the Roberts family.

I will be in the area with a crew filming on 17th and 18th May and am very keen to find someone who would be happy to be on camera and talk about the families from the Forest of Dean. I saw on this site a woman called Sue Drinkwater (nee Roberts) had posted a couple of photos of people who are related to our actress so it would be wonderful if I could somehow get hold of Sue.

If anybody can help me with contacts for historians or genealogists from the area I would be hugely grateful.
