Sometimes I type in a request for one of my MEEK family ancestors I get 'No records found', which is crazy as there are hundreds of them in there!

Make sure you have no spaces before or after the name in the search box. Spaces before or after the name do not visually stand out and it is not always obvious that they are there.

Spaces are treated like another letter by the search facility and if you type "MEEK<space>" it will return 'No matching records found'.
