MADDOX families in St Briavels 1780s thro 1880s (reply)

When I used the Advanced Search for baptisms with John / Anne Maddox as parents, Edward (1821) didn't appear. However if you search baptisms with John & "begins with" Ann Maddox as parents then Edward appears in 1821. Using this criteria, you have an extra child - Amelia bp. 16 Apr 1826.

Thanks, very helpful. It clearly matters how you search. Searching for baptisms or marriages gives an entirely different set of data from just searching for all events.
I did however find an entry for Edward in 1821.

I'm researching the MADDOX family tree in the Oldcroft area of F-O-D, but have no connections in St. Briavels, so can't give any info on the relationships you ask about. Hope the above helps.

MADDOX families in St Briavels 1780s thro 1880s

I have constructed several families in St Briavels from IGI records.
I would appreciate any comments

John MADDOX and Anne
with children
Anne 1811
Jane 1807
possibly Edward 1821

Edward MADDOX and Elizabeth
with children
Susanah 1773
Elizabeth 1775
John 1777
William 1783
Ann 1785
Sarah 1788
Maria 1791
Hannah 1793

William MADDOX and Elizabeth
With children
William 1791
Hannah 1792
Sarah 1795
Mary 1799
Edward 1802
Richard 1802
Elizabeth 1804
Thomas 1806

Can anyone verify these please?
Can anyone suggest how they are inter related.

From census records I can find a couple Edward MADDOX (b c 1821) and Ann (b c 1820)in St Briavels
In the 1861 and 1871 censuses they are listed on the line before Ann MADDOX ( b c 1786)

Could Ann the elder be the mother of Edward and could she also be the daughter of
Edward (and Elizabeth) above and even possibly the wife of John (and Anne)above.

Edward and Ann MADDOX are the grandparents of Ada Churchill who is my
wife's grandfather's sister. He was John Henry Churchill b 1872 in St Briavels
