Dean Forest Mercury - TYNDALE- Father of the English Bible (reply)

A William Tyndale was late 1400's born near Dursley ( over the river from the Forest ) and responsible for an early English translation of the Bible. I would not be surprised to find links in the Forest....
i.e. a Teacher in 1851 Littledean

What do you know of your Tynedale family?

There are 2 William Tyndall's in Westbury on Severn in 1881, one born East Dean 1873 one born London 1854.

If you can track down time period he was born, you could use Gloucestershire record office archives or contact the newspaper archives direct to look for you.

Please forgive my jioning the group to ask a question, especially if it has been asked before, although I cannot locate this using the search facility.

I have a fragment of the above newspaper, it is Fri Oct - year does not exist and it has a photo of whatI believe to be some of my grandmothers family. What text has come refers to "Decendants of William Tyndale" and "Interesting Glouscester Familiy Exceptiopnal Longevity. The bulk of the article is missing and what I have makes no sense.

Can anyone help fill in the gaps and shed some light on this please
