You might not have had much luck on Genes Reunited either. There her name is transcribed as Gomer WILCE. However, looking at the way the letter "a" is sometimes formed it is fairly clearly "Grace". This transcription (and the original) marks Leslie and Edna as born in Birmingham and only Irene as born in Cinderford.

Thanks for your help. I didn't think of looking at Ian Ridell's Ancestry tree. However, my Ancestry Census searches should have found both Albert and Grace with the criteria I used.

address: 27 Bedwlwyn Rd. Ystrad Mynanch, Glamorganshire

Albert Edward WILCE - Boarder - age 37 and married 13 years and born in Cinderford, and is a Coal Miner Hewer - living with John HENRY JONES aged 41 and family

as for Grace: On Ancestry, (and the census forum is difficult to read) - listed as James WILCE - Grace WILCE; her name is listed under the female column

She is the Head and age 36, residence: Dockham Road, Cinderford, born Birmingham

Leslie WILCE - 12 (from the tree on Ancestry: - Albert Leslie - 1899-1986)
Edna WILCE - 9 (Edwina Alexandra 1902-1989 + wedding photo and marriage details etc i.e. Reginald John Philip PLUMMER)
Irene WILCE - 1 (Gwendoline Irene - 1910)

all children born Cinderford
