in the unlikely event you weren't aware, this old thread discussed the possible whereabouts of Elijah. I only spotted it from a general websearch hoping for something to come out of the ether. Despite finding several different "transportation" websites with transcripted name lists, I couldn't see Elijah Herbert.
I hope it helps, if nothing else it may help you avoid redigging old ground.
