If you then repeat the search with “Residence Glyn” you will get twenty-three hits. There are various spellings of Glyn. Some of the names which come up are common to the two searches: JONES, POWELL, LOVERIDGE, HARRIS. There is a sprinkling of farmers among them. This could mean that what you are looking for is Glyn Farm, shown on this map from around 1880:-

The farm is south-west of Newland on the Valley Brook.

Later note. There is another Glyn Farm not too far away but it is across the river near Penallt.
