William Joseph Manns married Annie Bevan in 1867. They had several children including Elizabeth Annie c1869 and Frederic Joseph c1870.

William died June Q 1876 and Annie is then shown on the 1881 Census as Annie Gough living with Charles Gough and her children. She married a Solomon Gough in 1887 and I suspect this was Charles's real name. I cannot find a death for a Chas Gough who is the right age.

Frederic Joseph Manns does not appear on the 1881 with the rest of the family.
Liz is wondering if this is her Joseph Manns who was at the Reform School at the time.
