Elizabeth's name was given by family informant to me, they told me she was Joseph ELSMORE's partner.

Elizabeth partner/wife of Joseph Elsmore, born abt 1783, is shown on the Censuses up to 1861 ...

1841 can't find her
1851 widowed, aged 65 living at Dark Hill, Ellwood, with widowed son John aged 34 and his daughter Lizzy aged 9
1861 widowed, aged 78, still living at Ellwood with John and daughter Elizabeth
1871 No Record
An Elizabeth Elsmore died in early 1865 (Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Hereford and Worcester, England & Wales, FreeBMD Death Index: 1837-1983) so this may well be her.

So her dates would be abt 1783-1865
Joseph seems to have died in abt 1834

I am interested in the Astons but I can't find any record of her marraige to Joseph - how do you know that the Elizabeth, partner of Joseph, was an Aston?
