I'm looking for information on my grandfathers sister, Margaret Jane Jones and her husband and their children. I believe his surname could be Rugman.

Margaret Jane Jones b.1884 in Hewelsfield
Father was Isaac Jones b.1840 in Hewelsfield.

I cant find any record of Margarets Marriage or burrial. i would appreciate any help available.
