I seem to recall the original submission was more to identify Hubert HALE (!) - I wonder if its a musical / band uniform that they chaps are wearing ?

The 'Frank A Davis' of Drybrook might be my Grandfather who was born and grew up in Drybrook, and later became a teacher there before moving to London. His full name was Frank Austin Davis.
