If you don't fully understand what is on the Help-FAQ, maybe a relative or friend could go through the points with you while sat in front of your computer.

Additionally, with regards to logging in, sometimes a cookie can get corrupted which can cause the problem, you will need to delete the cookies stored in your browser and restart your computer before attempting to log in again.

Sorry if I appear disgruntled, but I am not a computer whizz kid , just a little old lady trying to trace my dead ancestors before I join them .Please can you help ?
