Hello, I've been searching for Eliza (daughter of Henry Watkins and Sarah Price) for a while on Ancestry mainly - in case any antipodean ancesters raised their heads and I have to admit I have had limited success.
As far as I can see, Eliza and her sister Mary Ann (1863)-m Moses Everett - travelled to New Zealand aged about 15 years. Mary Ann returned for at least one visit to the Forest but Eliza has just disappeared. Decendants of New Zealand families have been in touch but they too are unable to shed light.
Does anyone know what happened to Eliza? Anecdotally, I heard she married a ships Captain (Moore?) and he sailed the Aus-NZ routes. I have never been able to prove/disprove this. Any help greatfully appreciated.

Watkins - 2 sisters emigrated?

I am trying to find information (marriage/immigration records etc) for two sisters, Mary Ann Watkins (b 1863, St Briavels) and Eliza Watkins (b 1865, Ruspidge) - both daughters of Henry Watkins (1837) and Sarah Price (1840).

Anecdotal tales are as follows but I have never been able to prove/disprove anything either way...

Mary Ann married some called Everitt who was a Champion cyclist in Australia.
Eliza married a Capt Moore who sailed the UK-New Zealand routes.

Any assistance appreciated (it may be that the information is completely in error) - all help appreciated.
