Am looking for any info on Toma Hall and his sister Sarah Hall who in the 1901 Census were said to be farmers at Wellands Farm Peterstow. Other family members were Mary Hall, mother and Fitz Stanley Hall, younger brother. They were related to Clement Hall who in 1901 was at Upper Lydbrook.

Have asked around but no-on seems to know of Wellands Farm. Would appreciate any help.
