Unfortunately he died in 1848, buried 15 Nov 1848 in Newland, so does not appear on subsequent, more useful, censuses. Have been in touch with Oakley descendants on Genes Reunited, none of which have his place of birth as yet.

He married Susanna Clapham, but this is the transcription so you might not have found it!
