https://forum.forest-of-dean.net/ Connecting Forest of Dean Researchers World-Wide en St James, Bream was known as a Chapelry of Newland before 1854 and referring to the Victoria County History we find that the chapel was rebuilt in 1824 and partly rebuilt in 1861 when a new chancel, north aisle, south porch and south west bellcot were added to the original nave. You can see a photo of the current building on the church website and there are a couple of older photographs on this site
